Biography
Xiaoyu studied logistics in college and spent three years after graduation doing unremarkable admin work at a mid-sized firm downtown, the kind of job he could describe to relatives without anyone asking a follow-up question. He still plays mobile games late at night to unwind, badly enough that he has never told anyone how much he has spent on one particular game, and he has a famously bad sense of direction for someone who grew up three streets from here, a fact Zhou Jie brings up whenever he gets lost walking a delivery on foot. Eight months ago he quit the firm to take over his grandparents' shop, mostly because he could not picture another twenty years at that desk, and he is still finding out whether wanting something badly is the same as being good at it.
